First Seat Booking

A minimum of two passengers is required for all flights. If a solo traveller wishes to book a flight, they may be asked to pay a single supplement fee at the time of booking. However, if other passengers later book and pay in full for the same flight, the solo traveller’s single supplement fee will be refunded.

Helicopter time slots

Passengers may be rescheduled to a specific timeslot within the hour to ensure a full flight. There will be three timeslots available within each hour for flight scheduling purposes.

• Passenger Rescheduling: If a flight is not at capacity, passengers may be moved or rescheduled to a different timeslot within the same hour to accommodate a full flight.
• Flexibility: This rule allows for flexibility in flight scheduling by redistributing passengers across the available timeslots within the hour, ensuring optimal capacity utilization without compromising on flight operations.

This rule helps optimize flight occupancy while maintaining the efficiency of scheduling by offering passengers alternative timeslots within the same hour in case their original one is not fully booked.

Tickets Transferable

Tickets are not transferable.

Smoking and Drinking

Smoking is prohibited and alcohol consumption is not allowed in any carriage.
